First Stop Granite Bay

We left home & headed for Granite Bay.  It's about a 4 1/2 hour trek to Richie & Tammy's house.  We stayed at a mobile home park close to them. The manager of the park asked me how much I wanted to pay.  When I said $25 cash a nite (which was more than I really wanted to pay) helpful Richie said "No, that's not enough."  Luckily the guy said that was good.  He was just gonna put it in petty cash.  I was dying to ask him if his pocket was named "petty cash".  I didn't!
You can see that it was a great neighborhood.
The electric box on the other side of the fence is where we hooked up.  It was actually fine for 2 nites.
We hung out with R & T at their house and they
cooked us a great meal.
We golfed the next day at Turkey Creek Golf Course.

We are really bad at selfies!
It was a really pretty course even though my game sucked!
Another great meal was made for us as we hung out by the pool.
Thank you Rich & Tammy for your great hospitality!
On Wednesday, July 8, we headed for Washington where we are going to meet Dawn, Paul and Piper.  We stayed at a nice little park, the Yreka RV Resort.
However apparently the dump was not marked very well and my "Chauffeur" and maintenance man tried to put it down the WRONG hole.  Yep.... S*** all over the ground.
So of course he should go across the street and tell the retired  highway patrol man all about it.  :)
Next stop, Aurora Acres RV Resort in Oregon.  I didn't get a picture but it was right next to highway 5.  Very noisy!
We got to Poulsbo, Washington on Friday the 10th.
You can see that it is just a little tight here.
We can't even open our living room slide.
They like to show you pictures like this on the web sight...
nice trees & roads.

But they don't show you a 43' MH trying to fit in the spaces.
But look what's right down the road......  :-)
We had dinner at the buffet & I got to play a little (very little)  black jack.  You all know how much Donald loves casinos.

We will be moving just down the road on Tuesday.  Luckily they have a space till we leave on the 30th.  It's not a much bigger park but at least we will have enough space to open our slides and have a few feet to get in & out our door.  Dawn & Paul & Piper will be arriving tomorrow nite.  Yay!
